<title><![CDATA[和味雞腿]]></title>

	<description><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://paperfree.mysinablog.com/resserver.php?blogId=78500&amp;resource=1958502-IMG_3972.JPG"><img src="http://paperfree.mysinablog.com/resserver.php?blogId=78500&amp;resource=1958502-IMG_3972.JPG&amp;mode=medium" border="0" alt="Picture" hspace="5" vspace="5" /></a></p><p>我又試新菜式喇~其實只是自己入廚的入門菜而已:p </p><p>這個菜對我來說真的很容易,又好味,所以你不會覺得難.新手都說ok就該是ok啦~</p><p>材料:  雞腿(槌) 6隻        蒜頭1粒大的切薄片     薑片5-6片   芫茜(裝飾用,可有可冇)</p><p>醬料:  生抽2湯匙      老抽1湯匙    紹興酒1湯匙    味噌1茶匙    水6湯匙 </p><p>做法:1)將雞腿(槌)用水洗淨,用廚房紙抹至最乾,保留雞皮作煎煮時用</p><p>        2)中小火燒紅煎盤,下少少油(如果雞皮夠多可不下油),將雞腿(槌)放下煎,要雞皮向下地煎,就可以迫出油份,煎至微金黃,反另一面煎,其后要不時反動雞件.直至全部雞件8成熟放下蒜片和薑片,爆至乾身微焦再下醬料兜勻蓋蓋焗6-8分鐘(但仍須不時反動雞件,那雞件才會上色均勻美觀),收汁上碟,洒少許炒過的芝麻和芫茜即成.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>]]></description>

<title><![CDATA[冬至飯]]></title>
